Woodland Creek Farm is a private 80 acre property located in Frederick County, MD. There are about 20 acres of pasture surrounding the house and about 60 acres of forestry. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath rancher style house was recently fully renovated with high end everything. There are beds for 9 people. There is a TV room, with smart TV, a dining area with custom live edge table that seats 12, a kitchen island and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a double oven, induction cooktop, drawer microwave, dishwasher, fridge and beverage cooler. The great room includes a large stone fireplace with a wood burning stove. Sheets, towels, blankets are all included.

Our Story
Future Home
We bought this farm with the intention of retiring here and adding beef cattle and other farm animals when we live here full time. In the meantime, it seemed a shame to not share this beautiful oasis with others.
We fully renovated the house, from electric to plumbing to hardwood flooring throughout. We created a large primary suite that has a beautiful view and put a patio right outside the primary suite and great room. Have a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the new patio and get back to nature.
